Meet Our Lead Trainer — Lawerence Paul
Lawerence Paul is a Senior Management Consultant, Mentor, and Certified Trainer (HRD Corp) with more than a decade of experience helping professionals and organizations reach their full potential.
He has conducted more than 1,000 training sessions for multinational corporations and government agencies, including Air Asia, CelcomDigi, Alliance Bank, Bank Negara, Baskin Robbins, the National Registration Department (JPN Malaysia), and the Prime Minister’s Department. Known for his engaging and down-to-earth teaching style, Lawerence takes a genuine interest in helping every participant grow.
Partnering closely with clients, he designs learning programmes that address real-world business challenges. His focus is on creating practical, results-driven training solutions that enhance efficiency, build leadership capability, and drive sustainable organizational growth.
